Note: The Site operates as a cross-border e-commerce retail export platform. All products are shipped from warehouses within mainland China. All import and export business strictly complies with the customs, foreign exchange, and commodity inspection laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

  3. This section does not exclude the application of mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence. If you are a local consumer, you may file a lawsuit with a local court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with local laws.

7. Special Compliance Notice for EU Consumers
